She was raised by her two sisters Kaitlyn and Carolyn. Kelly hasn't revealed any information regarding her parents (names and jobs) however. When she was a young girl, she was a fan of baseball and her father. Kelly graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Youth Development Leadership from Clemson in South Carolina when she was finished with high school. She then enrolled at the University of Miami, where she completed a master's degree in Broadcast Journalism. Kelly was part of the ACC Digital Network for her work experience, and also served as an assistant in production, after which she was offered an official job offer and was a part of the ACC Digital Networks. Kelly started her professional career as a sports reporter and was a host of interviews on the weekend during "ACC Kickoff", a special news program that only airs on Saturdays. From 2012 until 2013, she was a part of the network for 2 years. In that time she also participated in "ACC NOW". Following her time with ACC Digital Network was over She joined Fox Sports Florida as a reporter on the sidelines. The hard work she put in earned her a job with Fox Sports Sun. She reports on the Tampa Bay Rays and Orlando Magic franchises and reports on the latest news regarding these teams.
